Congressman Tim Burchett says that “entities” are coming from 5-6 deep water sites on Earth...

"What if these are entities that are here on this Earth, that have been on this Earth for who knows how long … we think they’re coming in from way out – maybe they did a millennial ago, but they’re here and they're in these deep water areas..." 

This is nothing new. It's been well known for several decades that aliens are among us. They're not coming from outer space, they're already here and probably live in the excluded zone in Antarctica.
