Do Not Yield to Fear

Jesus tells the disciples "Do not yield to fear, for it is really me, I AM." Fear is a natural human emotion and response that God knew we would experience from Old Testament to New. Fear is not a sin, it's a signal. So, it's important how we choose to respond- we have a choice to make of who and what we put our confidence in and therefore, where we get our courage from. I believe faith and fear can coexist in the same moment, but one is always higher than the other- the question is which one are you letting have the most power and control?
