Suspect crashes into unmarked PCSO SUV while running from deputies with four kids in car

Meth, marijuana and kids were in a car that crashed into an unmarked Polk County Sheriff's Office SUV after the driver tried to take off during a traffic stop. Witnesses are saying it's a miracle everyone is safe.
