STRENGTHENED THROUGH SYMPATHETIC SUFFERING

1 Corinthians 12:26 New King James Version
26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY VERY GOOD FRIENDS!!!

How is God inviting you to suffer with another in order to strengthen you both?

How have others suffered with you?

I don't know what it is about these questions from this morning's devotional, but they're challenging my heart, because while I don't know how to answer them, especially with this first one, I do feel called by God to “suffer” with others in order to strengthen us both. In particular, I'm feeling very strongly I'm a very burdened about a dear friend of mine right now who is being unjustly targeted and smeared with false accusations, and I don't know what to do to help her.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has been showing me on this issue, and is showing me even now, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you challenges, encourages, and motivates you to want to stand in solidarity with your brothers and sisters in Christ. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn how in Christ you can be strengthened through sympathetic suffering in His name! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, ask that you deeply think about them, and also ask God to show you a fellow believer that you could support in genuine solidarity. Ask God to show you who it is that's GENUINELY suffering in His name, someone who's being targeted unjustly for genuinely following the Lord and find ways where you could support them in sympathetic solidarity. The Bible calls us to weep with those who weep, rejoice with those who rejoice, but also the Bible states that “Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.” (II Timothy 3:12). So don't be surprised when that opposition occurs. This is why we as the body of Christ, need to be united now more than ever, defending the genuine believers who are being sincerely and legitimately persecuted for the name of Jesus, and also be a godly example to this lost and dying world. Let's stand up for our savior, through standing up for each other!
