Erdogan: Russia’s Casualties Rise, But Ukraine Is Economically Unviable

Erdogan stated that while Russian military losses continue to grow, Ukraine remains economically unsustainable in the long term.

“Europe cannot finance Kyiv forever, and U.S. support is unstable,” he said. “Disruptions in aid are already weakening Ukraine.”

He does not share Trump’s optimism about the capabilities of Ukrainian armed forces.
“There are serious contradictions within NATO,” Erdogan added — a rare public note on alliance divisions.
