zeitgeist movement - a way of reason

We were born into hunger and war,
Counting profit while we closed every door.
But a voice rose clear through the static and lies,
Saying, “Look to the earth — that’s where heaven resides.”

No temple of gold, no throne on high,
Just knowledge shared beneath the sky.
The map was drawn by minds that see,
A world designed for all to be free.

Oh, thank you, Peter Joseph — you lit the spark,
And Jacque Fresco, you built the ark.
A world reborn through mind and heart,
Where reason is the sacred art.
We raise our hands, not to a king —
But to the truth that everything brings.
The way of reason, the song of man,
The world united — yes we can.

No gods of money, no creed of fear,
Just the data, the love, the engineer.
We measure compassion, not our worth,
And science becomes the prayer of Earth.

No savior to come, no chosen few,
Just all of us learning what’s real and true.
The system fades, the people rise,
The age of logic in human eyes.

We’ve seen the false gods fall apart,
The markets tremble, the nations dark.
But still the light of knowledge grows,
In every child that questions, knows.

So bless the thinkers, the builders, the kind,
The ones who freed the human mind.
No altar needed, no holy war —
Just open hearts and open doors.
Oh, thank you, Peter, thank you, Jacque —
You showed us how to find our flock.
The way of reason, the human plan,
The world united — we began.
