Be alert and of sober mind

1 Peter 5:8, which says: "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour" (NIV). The verse encourages believers to be vigilant and aware of the spiritual dangers posed by the devil, a relentless adversary who seeks to destroy faith and cause harm.
