And here we are at the 2nd episode to the Cat's Eye 2025 Remake,and I gotta Say,Not bad,Not bad So Far!:P

In fairness,I've only seen the first 10 episodes to the original 80's Version,but One thing I can defentially say about this Reboot is,it does a pretty good faithful Job staying Pretty close to the Original,because the Core Humor is still there and intact,because Toshio is still an incompetent Ass Clown who outright sucks at his job as a police Officer,which Hitomi,Rui and Ai easially outsmart his dumbass,just like in the Original 80's version.XD

And yeah,the running Joke is,that the Girl he's in Love with (Hitomi),who runs the "Cats Eye Cafe" can't put 2 and 2 together,that his own girlfriend that he's trying to hit on is also the same Phantom Art theif Member of "Cat;s Eye" he's trying to arrest! (Along with her Sisters Rui and Ai)

That was also a thing in the original as well,so yep,what a Dumbass.lol

Similar to how in the Urusei Yatsura 2022 Remake,on how Ataru is still a Dumbass idiot,except the remake cranks up his ass clownery up to 11 compared to how annoying he was in the original 80s anime! and yep,Lum's Sexy antics were also still intact!:P

but still though,they defentially need to play they're Cards right whenever they attempt to Pull off these modern Remakes to these Classic Older Gems,because not every Remake was a success though!...........

The Tokyo Mew Mew New Reboot was an absolute Train Wreck Mess with Retconned alot of Keyplots from a the Original,which this one felt like a Middle Finger slap in the face towards Tokyo Mew Mew Fans,because Fans waited for years for a proper Sequel to the Original,because the original 2002-2003 Anime Ended on a Cliffhanger which opened doors for a Sequel,but we never did get it,did we??? instead fans ended up getting this halfass Remake which completely sucked ass,which the Reboot incorporated all the annoying tropes thats Plauging Modern Pretty Cure right now.

Now heh,i understand alot of People would like to see a Remake of Hai Step Jun,but again,i Can't see them attempting to pull off a modern remake of that 80s gem ever working today in the current world of Modern Anime,that obscured Gem had alot of Controlversal stuff which they could never get away with pulling off today in modern anime,such as Episode 6 "Come steal me away" which Jun literally attempted to Stage her own kidnnapping,just so she could get into Zero's Pants!......I mean.....WTF?????? @_________@

So far so good,the Cat's Eye remake is pretty good:P
