Duck Opener 2025

In spite of being cut off on two sides, having a dog that likes to chase the ducks off the water during the first 20 minutes when I can hardly see them dump in, and shooting like garbage while getting used to a new-to-me shotgun; I managed to scratch out a limit of woodies. Ash tries hard, he just gets overly enthusiastic at times. Hopefully he tempers his enthusiasm as we break in the season, so he can retrieve more birds. We both enjoyed our time at the creek, though!
