Observing the Feast of Trumpets - Sukkot (part 1 of 2)

Drs. Jeffrey Seif and Barri Cae Seif share their personal experiences of growing up in the Jewish faith and observing the Feast of Tabernacles, Sukkot, as ordained in Leviticus 23. This commemoration of the Lord delivering the Hebrew slaves from Egypt is observed putting up and then "dwelling" in a temporary shelter or booth for a week. Our Lord Yeshua gave one of His important proclamations during Sukkot, which was recorded in John's gospel. We will talk about this in our next video, Sukkot - Part 2.

This outreach, Shalom Israel, is part of the work of Sar Shalom Israel, a 501(c)(3) IRS-approved nonprofit ministry. Besides creating videos like this one, we take frequent charity trips to Israel where we share the love of God with both Arab and Jewish communities by meeting practical needs and building bridges of care and compassion. Whether you can join us on the ground or prefer to connect virtually, we welcome you to be part of our mission.
