Propria Persona: representation is not required when you are in your proper person

February 2024 I was falsely detained for several alleged non-emergency traffic infractions. Based on unfounded assertions by police, an unlawful search ensued resulting in seizure of my property. The authorities ostensibly filed a felony “gun charge” which, on its face has no bases in regard to established legal doctrine “fruit of a poisonous tree.”

In May of 2024, after filing an affidavit declaring my rightful political status I got reprieve from 366th District Court. Facts, not fiction wins court cases. Full stop!
