CHOCOLATE MOUSSE STRAWBERRY TRIFLE

Chocolate Mousse Strawberry Trifle
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
Marble cake or any cake of choice, home baked or store bought
500ml Chocolate Mousse home made or store bought
125ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
250g strawberries
Step 1
Whisk cream with sugar until stiff peak form
Step 2
In a dessert bowl layer some chocolate mousse followed by cut up cake, more chocolate mousse, chopped strawberries and whipped cream.

Garnish as desired and enjoy
