Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast
400 g sugar-free cornflakes
Oil for brushing
Marinade:
130 ml milk
120 g flour
40 ml carbonated mineral water
1 egg
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation:
Prepare the marinade: Stir ingredients until smooth with no lumps.
Marinate the chicken pieces and mix well.
Crush the cornflakes and coat the chicken pieces in them.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush with oil.
Bake at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Turn once after 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy.
