Stay Centered in Chaos and Out of the Ego Fear Mind

We all have our stuff coming up that needs to be released and handled in a new way, but don’t get caught up in everyone else’s stuff. Trust your own instincts and step away as needed. If you don’t feel to respond - don’t. Ask for time, space, or just take it. Because people coming at you in fear energy doesn’t mean it’s urgent. Don’t let your ego attach to anything or react in an old way. Breathe. Find that peace and love in your own heart. Take quiet time to yourself. And don’t respond until you feel calm and centered and get the intuitive nudge to do so - because then it will be pure, loving, and filled with truth and compassion.

This is a huge time of learning to navigate in a new way. You have to be anchored in your heart or you are going to get emotionally and fearfully thrown around. And don’t allow others to pull you into their chaos when they are navigating in ego and fear. Sometimes no response even gives them time to examine their own reactions and fear. But make sure that you are calm and centered when dealing with anyone who is not.

This is the time to practice deep self love and faith. Deeply connecting to the divine within to navigate everything. You’ve got this, sweet souls! Be the observer of everything with divine, compassionate, loving eyes.
