Note: Despite of a some annoying tracking problems on Don Gorelick's recording, I had to stitch "Andyfilm" recording in the mix like I always do with some "Siskel & Ebert" episodes with local Commercials.

Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert reviews "White Sands" (An underrated Crime thriller Written By: Daniel Pyne And Directed By: Roger Donaldson with Willem Dafoe, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Mickey Rourke, Samuel L. Jackson and M. Emmet Walsh.); "A Midnight Clear" (A War Drama set during Christmas at WWII from director, Keith Gordon. Starring: Kevin Dillion, Peter Berg and Gary Sinise.); "Passed Away" (A Screwball Comedy about their dead father at a funeral. Starring: Bob Hoskins, Jack Warden, Maureen Stapleton, William L. Peterson, Peter Riegert, Frances McDormand, Pamela Reed and Tim Curry.); "The Playboys" (A Romantic Comedy set in 1957 Irish town between two men and a women. Starring: Albert Finney, Aiden Quinn and Robin Wright.) and "Delicatessen" (A strange and bizarre film set in an old rusty apartment from director, Jean Pierre Jeunet.).

Video Pick of The Week: Ebert's pick is the Japanese Anime Action/Sci-Fi Cyberpunk thriller, "Akira" (1988). (Brilliant film from director, Katsuhiro Otomo based on his manga.) And a recap of Today's program.

Recorded on KATU ABC 2 in Portland, Oregon with Commercials intact.
