. Richard Alan Miller (b. 1944, Everett, WA) is a physicist, author, and researcher whose career runs through physics labs, covert military projects, and the paranormal. Raised in a military family with psychic traditions, Miller was immersed early in esotericism and advanced science. By high school he had already built a hydrogen bubble chamber and linear accelerator, allegedly producing faster-than-light particles, and studied under legends like Linus Pauling and Richard Feynman.

In the late 1960s, while working at Boeing with top-secret clearance, Miller uncovered files on manned Mars missions in 1968, proof of water on the planet, and evidence that NASA’s official story was a façade. Soon after, he became Northwest Director of Mankind Research Unlimited — a Navy intelligence front exploring psychic phenomena, remote viewing, and human performance. He developed ESP training protocols that influenced the Navy SEALs, outperformed world-famous psychics at tournaments, and co-authored the suppressed 1973 paper A Holographic Concept of Reality.

Miller’s claims include direct encounters with non-human intelligence. He says he was brought to Area 51 in 1976, where he met a being called “Krill,” linked to the Roswell crash. His research explored synthetic telepathy, “voice-to-skull” systems, and EEG cloning — mind-control technologies using microwaves to transmit voices and emotions directly into targets.
