Is a 10-15 minute workout enough?

23:11 Last week's attempt for this workout, in Ep 76 was better than the week prior, however I could not do it unbroken. Let's see how my progress is doing with only eating 1 meal a day approximately 20-30g of protein. However I think this is being offset with consuming 114° molecular bond angle water regularly.
