Investigators say Tena and his father went to the store on September 14 to exchange an oil filter

Tena’s father told deputies that when store employees denied Tena free oil. He still grabbed some containers and left

Valdez and Newman, followed him, and deputies said Tena retrieved a gun from his truck and sh*t both men
