Gods are being used and abused by those who deny them, and science transcends ethics in terms of GMO humans, born modified and sent to fight wars they don't understand. Meanwhile, three hybrids struggle to find and protect their place in this war torn world, divided into the Western Unity, the Southern Empire, the Eastern Republic, and a somewhat peaceful no-man's-land.
