Ingredients:
220g butter
180g brown sugar
30g white sugar
3 eggs (1 whole egg, 2 yolks)
1 tsp vanilla paste
270g flour
1 level tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
150g chocolate chips

Preparation:
Heat the butter in a saucepan until it turns lightly brown, then let it cool slightly.
Mix the slightly cooled butter with the brown and white sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add the vanilla paste and stir it into the dough.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add it to the wet ingredients.
Mix everything well until a smooth dough forms.
Add the chocolate chips and fold them into the dough.
Portion the dough into balls, place a few extra chocolate chips on top, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
Place the dough balls on a baking tray and press them down slightly.
Bake the cookies for about 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool slightly.
