Fundora vs Thurman: Is This Fight PPV Worth $75?

Streamed on:

Sebastian Fundora and Keith Thurman are scheduled to fight on at the end of this month on the 25th of October. The looks good on paper, but why is this fight on PPV?

No one in hell is talking about this fight. And no one that I know is going to buy this fight on PPV. So, why is the PBC charging a whopping $74.99 to see this fight? It's because they're looking to cover the cost of the fighters.

The only problem is, whatever low guarantee the PBC has paid to Keith Thurman and Fundora. They can forget recouping anything on the back end of the proceeds of the PPV.

If no one buys it, there is no back end. Back-end promotions are over with, and the PBC fighters are the ones holding the bag.
