Doctor Warns Lunch Meats Are Class I Carcinogens -- Reminds me of that Article from last year about toxic "Lunchables" for kids.

American Dr. David Morris exposes that processed lunch meats sold in the U.S. are classified as Class I carcinogens by the World Health Organization. He explains these meats contain nitrates and nitrites, which form NOCs in the gut, significantly raising the risk of colorectal and other cancers. Morris urges Americans to drastically reduce or eliminate deli and lunch meat consumption, noting that while convenient and tasty, the curing, processing, salting, and smoking make them highly toxic over time.
