Mushroom cookies: 3 1/2 cups flour, 1 egg, A pinch of salt , 125 grams butter , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , 1 teaspoon baking powder , 1/2 cup sugar , 1/2 sour cream , 50 grams poppy seeds . Glaze: 100 grams milk chocolate, 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Cheddar Jalapeno Meatloaf: 1pound ground meat, 1 egg beaten, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, 2 slices hearty bread torn into small pieces or oats, ½ cup freshly grated mild cheddar, 1 jalapeno diced (about 2 tbsp), ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon salt. ½ teaspoon garlic powder. ¼ cup ketchup,½ teaspoon yellow mustard, Optional - Chopped Fresh parsley
