Dr. Richard Alan Miller (b. 1944, Everett, WA) is a physicist, author, and researcher whose career runs through physics labs, covert military projects, and the paranormal. Raised in a military family with psychic traditions, Miller was immersed early in esotericism and advanced science. By high school he had already built a hydrogen bubble chamber and linear accelerator, allegedly producing faster-than-light particles, and studied under legends like Linus Pauling and Richard Feynman.

In the late 1960s, while working at Boeing with top-secret clearance, Miller uncovered files on manned Mars missions in 1968, proof of water on the planet, and evidence that NASA’s official story was a façade. Soon after, he became Northwest Director of Mankind Research Unlimited — a Navy intelligence front exploring psychic phenomena, remote viewing, and human performance. He developed ESP training protocols that influenced the Navy SEALs, outperformed world-famous psychics at tournaments, and co-authored the suppressed 1973 paper A Holographic Concept of Reality.

Miller’s claims include direct encounters with non-human intelligence. He says he was brought to Area 51 in 1976, where he met a being called “Krill,” linked to the Roswell crash. His research explored synthetic telepathy, “voice-to-skull” systems, and EEG cloning — mind-control technologies using microwaves to transmit voices and emotions directly into targets. He has spoken on black projects spanning Antarctica’s underground Nazi bases, alien artifacts studied at universities, secret space programs, bio-warfare through agriculture, chemtrails, and nanotech implants designed to manipulate thought.

Despite raids, manuscript seizures, and the destruction of his research, Miller continues to publish and lecture worldwide. His works include ESP Induction through Forms of Self-Hypnosis, The Modern Alchemist, Power Tools for the 21st Century, and The Non-Local Mind in a Holographic Universe. Awarded a PhD in Physics for his holographic reality research, he has addressed audiences from Mensa to Coast to Coast AM. Today, Miller blends physics, magick, and esotericism to reveal what he calls the “hidden architecture of control,” reminding audiences: change yourself, and the world changes with you.
