Karman Line is the invisible line that marks the boundary between Earths atmosphere and outer space, however Karman Line also represents the line drawn in the sand between elected officials and the citizens stance on uncontrolled development.

In June, a special election was held to vote for the Karman Line Annexation at a tax payer cost of a whopping half a million dollars.

All so that they could confirm what they already knew, 82% of citizens said NO!

But it doesn't stop there!

Despite this overwhelming vote, the Board of County Commissioners voted 4 to 1 to move forward with A DIFFERENT plot of land near Schriever Space Force Base to build 5,000 new homes.

My Opponent voted YES!

In June, the County’s Planning Commission voted 5–3 against recommending this new building plan to the Commissioners—yet they voted against this recommendation.

Citizens have raised concerns about limited water supply, increased noise, light pollution, military base encroachment, and environmental impact.

The Department of Defense recently moved their Space Force Operations to Alabama, and can you blame them when El Paso County Commissioners have no respect for National Security.

Allowing homes to be placed so close to our Nation's top Military Operations.

If allowed to proceed, this project could stretch into a 10–20 year development process.

Many fear this could open the door for Karman Line to return—against the will of the people!

El Paso County Residents overwhelmingly said no to Karmen Line yet the Commissioners are dedicated to growing this county uncontrollably as long as the price is right.
