I was typically an early adopter of crappy health trends. By the time more people got there and it went mainstream in the “alternative” I was over it. Why? Because it didn’t work.

In this solo episode of Yin on the Rocks I’ll be sharing the many natural health mistakes I made, in hopes of saving my community some time going down the rabbit holes. And I’ll talk about a few mistakes I intuitively knew to avoid.
