Indian Style Mustard seed garnishing(aka tadka) in Chutney

I know indian foods are not easy to made due to use of rich varitey of masala and end garnishing which is very satisfying to watch.
here it is a type of chutney(aka White sauce) made from peanut and gram flour and final touch is mustard seed garnishing(aka tadka) in mustard oil.
