Moving-star UFO (Glowing Orb)

Star-like UFO / UAP slowly moving across the night sky. It did not twinkle so it seemed more like a far-away "planet", even though it clearly wasn't as can be seen right at the end of this video, when this flying object goes behind a completely different building than the first one at the beginning. The camera lens couldn't zoom any further in, as it was a commonplace smartphone camera. Could this luminous orb have been ball lightning or perhaps a spiritual entity?
