Putin's Gaslighting Fails as Tusk Humiliates His Ally

Two conferences were happening over the last 24 hours:
1. At one, Putin spent hours gaslighting the West, feeding them incoherent and untruthful lines about what Russia is doing and why the West is reacting to a Russia that isn't a danger.
2. The Europeans tried to determine how to best support Ukraine. They were trying to use frozen Russian assets, but they failed as they couldn't find agreement. At this meeting, Donald Tusk ripped Orban publicly -- forcing him to show which side he's really on.
