Betty whipped up one of her family’s go-to dinners—Walking Tacos on the Blackstone! They're quick, fun, and perfect for busy nights. 🌮 She piles seasoned beef and toppings into mini chip bags so everyone can make theirs just the way they like.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Blackstone Street Taco Seasoning
Variety of single-serving chip bags (Fritos, Doritos, or tortilla chips)

Toppings
Shredded lettuce
Fresh pico de gallo
Crema (Mexican sour cream)
Black olives, sliced
Fresh shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges

Directions
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a scraper. Cook until browned, then add Street Taco seasoning and mix well to coat the beef.

2. Lightly crush each chip bag to break chips into bite-sized pieces, then open the top of each bag.

3. Spoon hot seasoned beef directly into the chip bags. Top with lettuce, pico de gallo, crema, olives, cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.

4. Serve right in the bags with a fork—tacos on the go!
