Israel is the ONLY nation in the world which is prohibited from waging a full war against terrorism

Germany wasnt the only nation to commit genocide in WW2, America murdered thousands of innocent Japanese civilians and yet were never charged with war crimes. Since then, ALL their wars against terror, overseas has resulted in civilian causalties and yet they STILL havent been charged with war crimes and none of the world leaders could've forced them to leave Iraq or Afghanistan.
Israel is the ONLY nation in the world which is prohibited from waging a full war against terrorism.
