Making grape juice and vig jam for the very first time

In this weeks video I have some explaining to do about the homestead.
Also we are making grape juice from the grape harvest we did in our previous video.

We where a little bit late but we also picked some figs and made fig jam out of it. Is this video we show you how to make grape juice and how te make fig jam.

We are Remon & Nataschja, a couple who left the busy city life behind to build our own off-grid homestead in the heart of Central Portugal.
