UR Deardrops Distortion Psp Port ディアドロップス Part 1 Start to 1st Choice

As expected, this won't be on YouTube only. Start of the PSP port of the game. Not really sure why it slows down before and after the transition. If anyone knows a way to fix it, please let me know.
