I noticed his comments on the translations, that is not tricky at all for anyone who speaks Russian and English, you'd just write out the sounds the same way they type Russian words with English letters when a device doesn't have Cyrillic.
Cringe that he takes a "manifesto" seriously. The FBI or other agency wrote that thing, every single time.
