📖 Romans 2: God’s Righteous Judgment on the Moral Man ⚖ 🔥

In Romans 2, Paul turns his attention to the religious—those who may not be outwardly immoral like those described in chapter 1, but are inwardly self-righteous and hypocritical.

God’s judgment is not based on appearance or nationality—but on truth, deeds, and the condition of the heart. Paul reminds us that it’s not the hearers of the law who are justified, but the doers. The real issue isn’t the rituals—it’s the reality of obedience.

🔹 No Excuses – Judging others while doing the same (vv. 1–3)
🔹 God’s Kindness – Leads to repentance (v. 4)
🔹 Impartial Judgment – Jew or Gentile, all are accountable (vv. 6–11)
🔹 The Law on the Heart – Gentiles and the conscience (vv. 12–16)
🔹 False Security – Circumcision of the flesh vs. of the heart (vv. 17–29)

We see Jesus as the one who searches the heart, the one who calls for true obedience, and the only one whose righteousness can save us.
