Rousing Revelations: Episode #14: AGERO Towing SCAMS - State Farm's SECRET PARTNER EXPOSED!

This clip is about AGERO -- provider of Roadside Assistance and partner of State Farm Insurance and others.

This is a shoutout to Dave Ferrick, CEO and President of AGERO.

AGERO is mishandling claims.

Their employees fail to follow through, follow up, return emails, return phone calls, stay on the line but don't participate in phone calls and have been generally dishonest.

One of their employees changed FACTS provided to them and altered their REPORT upon which they then decided that they weren't responsible for the damage done to the vehicle in question.

One of their tow truck drivers damaged a vehicle as a result of him attaching the machinery incorrectly to the vehicle damaging the tie rods.

AGERO was provided with everything they needed to properly determine that the tow truck operator was at fault.

As a result of being called out on their shady claim-handling tactics they falsified a report and denied a claim.

Calls were placed and attempts were made to escalate this matter but employees refuse to allow this matter to be escalated.

This is a shout out to Dave Ferrick, the CEO and President of AGERO to inform him about how his employees are mishandling claims, potentially engaging in FRAUD and creating a firewall to escalation.

Either Dave Ferrick is already aware and approves of the shady tactics utilized by those he employs or he isn't.

This is a final attempt to accurately and ethically resolve this claim. Pretty sure altering the facts upon which one bases a REPORT utilized to determine fault is fraud.

I just happened to check the BBB for Massachusetts where AGERO is located and I discovered over 400 complaints similar to this one.

Many of the complaints are recent.

One of the responses from AGERO states that AGERO "does not handle claims" which is false.

Dave Ferrick,

Please reach out to me within the next 48 hours or I will begin searching for an attorney.
