Volodymyr Zelinskyy or Zelensky rejects Vladimir Putin's offer for peace for the weirdest reasons. The reasons he states that Putin is stalling while Ukrainian forces are struggling on the battlefield. He also says that he wants to negotiate in a neutral country. This basically is folly on the part of Ukraine since Russia DOES have the upper hand. Putin can destroy Ukraine completely if he wants.
