Starting Out Strong For My Local PRS Season This Year!!

This past Sunday we got started with our local Southwest Oklahoma Precision season for 2025-2026 year. I ended up taking 2nd place, so a strong start. I hope to stay in the top 3 to 5 this whole year. We have a few new guys and there will be some good competition this year!
Shout out to Everett!! Scored the match win and one of his first few matches, I believe! Great job, dude. You really held it together and scored well on most, along with having the only clean run of the day as well, if I recall correctly!
Keep it up and you will only get better!!

I think I may have a little of my data off. I need to true out at distance. Seems I was a little high for most of my misses. I only realized that when I was editing this video and could see what happened while I'm not thinking about the time and next targets. I gotta learn to do this on the clock!! lol

The one stage I did poorly on was one I know I have done better before, so that was frustrating. I could not see that I was missing over the top most of the time and did not correct properly. Only scored 1 hit on that stage. But that is how it goes!

Now I am going to get ready for the Central Region finale. I need to shoot at paper at 500 yards and properly measure where I'm impacting. I think I need to true my Kestrel and that, in theory, should correct some of my misses. I keep skipping that step and I can see that it may be needed to really have my confidence up for the next big match.
It will be 105 round course of fire! Biggest match I will have done so far.
Then, the next day, we will have our October local match, so I am going to have to prepare my ammo, rifle and load up enough for 2 matches in 2 days!
I can do it, just won't get much sleep after this weekend, lol.
