The Cross as an Instrument of Salvation

Before Christ’s crucifixion, the cross was a deadly and shameful instrument used for executing criminals. However, after the Lord’s sacrifice, this wood was transformed into a source of life and redemption. The boundless love of God turned the instrument of death into a "symbol of salvation" and a "source of sanctification." As the Apostle Paul clearly expresses:
"But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ" (Galatians 6:14).
