Mature fantasy audiobook – You encounter two seductive thieves

This audiobook is narrated in the second person, as if a game master were guiding you through each action. The intention is to create a more immersive experience, allowing you to feel directly involved in the unfolding events.
It is narrated with an artificial voice. I would have preferred a human narration, but at this stage it was the only way to continue a project born purely out of passion and the desire to share it.

As dawn breaks, the protagonist pauses after a night of violence and speaks with Beoul, who suggests Garak’s death will be replaced and reveals that the late fixer kept guarded journals that may reveal powerful secrets. Determined to secure those documents before factions regroup, the protagonist visits the Thieves’ Temple, plans a bold infiltration of the palace tower, and recruits two covert operatives encountered among masked guests. Under cover of a masked revel, they subdue the three keyed guards, force entry to the windowless tower chamber, and ransack its contents: the two accomplices claim a chest of gold while the protagonist continues the search for Garak’s journals. As pursuit erupts in the courtyard, the thieves depart with the loot; the protagonist, pressed for time, discovers a scarcely visible wooden panel that hints the sought-after journals may yet be concealed—ending on an unresolved, suspenseful note.
