Today, we’re here at the Regional Justice Center which holds the Clark County probate court hearings. Clark County includes Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Laughlin, Sandy Valley, Mesquite, and
Moapa valley.

Probate is the legal process of transferring ownership of property from the deceased person to the heirs. Probate court is one of the most aggravating and stressful events because:
1. It will take a lot of time, the average time in Las Vegas is a year
2. It costs a lot of money, potentially tens of thousands of dollars
3. No privacy, all public, and
4. Unfortunately fighting among family.
