Celebrate the Navy's 250th birthday by exploring a warship most unexpectedly hiding right in plain sight. The forgotten battleship left in mud from the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor is an unexpected discovery for many visitors to Hawaii. Sunk at nearly the same time as the famous USS Arizona went down, USS Utah also remains in the quiet harbor. Today, a simple memorial wharf and plaque honor the 58 sailors still entombed inside this most unexpected battleship.
