A "thought crime" under an "Act" is laughable because no living man or woman has lawfully consented to be governed.

Remember, Legislation uses Contract Law and applies only between two or more participating Corporations or Companies who engage in commerce. Legislation has NO jurisdiction for any living man or woman providing they do not LAWFULLY joinder with a Corporation, and as all Governments and NGOs are ALL Corporations, joinder is only lawful if fully informed consent is given which it never is because they do not tell you they are a Corporation and that they need to give you fully informed consent. The contract must be wet signed by all concerned parties, be without fraud, intimidation, coercion, threat, force, and violence.

To disconnect from all implied contracts you can always state...

ALL admiralty courts operate to UCC, Uniform Commercial Code and because Legislation CAN contract with a "Legal Fiction" (that's your Birth Certificate identity, aka the dead twin aka abandoned placenta and umbilical cord) contract law MUST acknowledge the binding pf Corporation to your Legal Fiction through the Bill of Rights which is embedded in Legislation. A Living man/woman has the Bill of Rights to protect them, so that's how Governments and NGO's use the Bill of Rights with Contract Law to create joinder between them and yourself. Common Law is not recognised in Corporate Courts as they operate only under UCC, but the courts HAVE to acknowledge Common Law as UCC operates in Harmony with it. So by using the clause UCC 1-308 you are declaring that you are reserving your sovereign rights that severs you from all hidden contracts that "they" try to unlawfully gain joinder with.

The Police can only engage with you IF you have committed a crime or have reasonable suspicion you have committed a crime and there must be a victim of that crime. Common Law states that you must cause no injury, loss, or harm to another living man or woman; you must not trespass, and you must fulfil all LAWFUL contracts with another living man/woman.

A traffic violation is not a crime but a civil matter, and as all Acts, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations ALL come under Legislation then it does not apply to any non-consenting/non-contracting living man or woman.

Knowledge is good, but what you DO with that knowledge and how you use it is Power. Keep calm, be as wise as a Fox. Do not flaunt your power, use it wisely and only when you have to. Go about your business in sovereignty.
