Brownie pan

andmade brownies from scratch

1 bag Hershey’s special dark chips (14oz)
1 stick unsalted butter (4oz)
Melt together
Add:
1 c sugar
4 whole eggs
1 t vanilla extract or paste
Mix until smooth
Add : 1 1/2 c unbleached white flour .
Mix until there is no visible flour .

Bake 350 in a brownie pan lined with parchment or non-stick foil. Bake until top starts to crack. The time will depend on the size of the pan

Bake as cookies - scoop by teaspoon and bake until cookie no longer looks wet. Cookie will be soft in the center and firmer on the edge. The time will depend on the size of the cookie.
