NXT 9/30/25 was loaded, folks—and it kicked off strong. Ricky Saints, fresh off winning the NXT Title, started the show but got interrupted by Jacy Jayne. She said the biggest threat isn’t in the ring—it’s called TNA. And she’s not wrong.

Ava came out and renamed "Invasion" to “NXT Showdown,” trying to make it all sound cleaner—but let’s be real, it’s still war. Then out comes Santino Marella, repping TNA, and he introduces the team captains: Mike Santana and Kelani Jordan. Great start.

Jaida Parker beat Lash Legend with a hip attack—fun match. Then we got an Ethan Page segment, where he wanted to talk about Dr. Wagner Jr., but Mustafa Ali from TNA crashed the party. And guess what? Ali’s getting a North American Title match next week. That’s HUGE.

Myles Borne beat Josh Briggs with the “Borne Again.” Lola Vice took down Fallon Henley with her spinning backfist—clean win.

And then we got Je’Von Evans & Leon Slater vs. The Culling—Swanton 450 for the win, great tag chemistry.

The night ended with a massive NXT vs. TNA Summit, where the teams were made official… and then all hell broke loose. Big-time brawl, chaos everywhere, and here’s the question:
Why isn’t this happening on pay-per-view?! Missed opportunity!

Strong show. Big build. Real momentum heading into Showdown. Let’s see if NXT can hang with TNA.
