As you can see, on September 17th, 2025, six videos were removed off of David's YouTube channel.
And later in this video, we're going to touch on some disturbing aspects of David's music,
the personas he puts on when recording, and the lyrics within the music, as it kind of all ties back mysteriously to this crime.
But it's not just his music that painted a strange picture about the relationships David was having, it's also his social media activity.
On February 7th, 2024, David would post a strange TikTok with the caption that read,
"When your card declines at therapy" and they bring in that one Hello Kitty girl you met in 2021.

Keep in mind, in 2021, David would have been 16, Celeste would have been 11.
It was reported by sources that David and Celeste initially again met online, in social media chat rooms.
It's possible it was 2021.
We don't necessarily know for sure that the Hello Kitty girl he's referring to is Celeste,
but there's some dark details that indicate that it very well is.
Number one, on her Missing Persons report in April of 2024, it would state that the last time Celeste was seen, she was wearing Hello Kitty Crocs.
On the same day that David had posted that TikTok about the Hello Kitty girl he met in 2021,
he would also post a picture standing next to a woman who was wearing Hello Kitty Crocs.

He talks about how birthdays mean nothing to him, but netizens have been overanalyzing one single birthday in this case.
There is a connection and allegation that David keeps dropping things on Celeste's birthday.
The most frequently talked about one, being the music video for one of his most famous songs, suspiciously titled "Romantic Homicide," was dropped September 7th, 2022.
To give further context though, that song was released earlier in July 2022, but the music video to the song was released September 7th, 2022.
This is where it gets very confusing. People see the upload date, they see Celeste's birthday on her missing poster, they think, "Okay, this is a confession. He killed or confessed to it in the song."
That's it. Or some people are saying, "He knew he was going to do it, and he confessed in advance." Like, life imitates art.
But it's really hard to determine. Firstly, it has not been confirmed and signed in ink that David and Celeste were in a relationship, but assuming that they were,
it's hard to pinpoint exactly when they started allegedly dating. Some people believe 2021, the reason being that Celeste went missing wearing a pair of Hello Kitty shoes, Hello Kitty Crocs.
They are listed on her missing poster, she has been photographed in these Hello Kitty Crocs. Overall, she just seems to have a very strong liking for Hello Kitty.
But David seems to also be obsessed with Hello Kitty. Really? His Instagram profile picture is Hello Kitty and a big bomb, just an explosion in the back of an animated Hello Kitty.
In a TikTok, he's posting he's standing in a hotel room and it's his song playing in the back.
And the caption on the screen is, "When your car declines at therapy and they bring in that one Hello Kitty girl you met in 2021."
People thought that that was about Celeste. Wait, what does that mean? I'm sorry. When your car gets declined and they bring in that Hello Kitty girl, what does that even mean?
It's supposed to be like a TikTok meme. I think it's supposed to be like, I need to pay for therapy, my car is getting declined, but they bring in the Hello Kitty girl and now you like really need therapy.
You're like on your knees. Is the vibe. But the most important part is Hello Kitty girl that he meets in 2021.
You see him fall to his knees before face planting onto the hotel floor and it's his song, "I Can't Stop Falling For Her."
This is posted February 7th of 2024, so just like a few months before Celeste is reported missing.
What's important though is in it, he's wearing a Hello Kitty keychain around his pants belt buckle.
One of Celeste's friends leaked a photo that Celeste had allegedly sent her. There's no faces.
You just see, it's like if you were to hold your phone pointing to the floor and then take a picture.
So you see Celeste allegedly Celeste's pants and Hello Kitty crocs, the same one that she's been photographed in.
And then you see David in the same outfit, allegedly David, and she's kind of tugging on the Hello Kitty keychain that's attached to his belt loop.
Oh, that's a photo that you've seen too. And that matches David's Hello Kitty keychain.
And the outfit that he's wearing in this TikTok. And they match the shoes that Celeste was seen wearing and had gone missing in.
And that's the photo that was leaked by a friend. And you haven't seen that photo from anywhere else.
So this is like a legitimate photo from a source.
Yes, but to say that it is 100% Celeste is hard. But it seems.
But a lot of things matches and it's a unique photo from someone.
I think I am being overly cautious. If I were to say my personal opinion, it doesn't seem like it's Celeste.
It does. I mean, it just the odds. There's too many coincidences and the chances of it.

Yeah. Now one TikTok David reposts are two people getting married and everything is covered in Hello Kitty.
It looks like a wedding in Japan. And the words are, this is me and my future wife, if you even care.
To which the comments read, she went missing wearing Hello Kitty sandals, dot dot dot.
The way he knew she liked Hello Kitty and then made it into his whole persona is really sick.
Then another TikTok from December 20, 24.
This would be eight months after Celeste is reported missing and nine months before she's found dead.
It shows him waving around to Hello Kitty skateboards.
And the words on the screen read, guess who's building Hello Kitty boards today instead of dropping an album.
In the caption, it reads Hello Kitty comes first. I don't make the rules.
So netizens are like, who is the Hello Kitty skateboard for?
Then another one where he is singing to two Hello Kitty plushies and hugging them.
And the words read me singing to my Hello Kitties because they're the only ones who don't rush me to drop music.
Caption reads when nobody was there for me, Hello Kitty was there for me.
There's another one where he says got a side job cleaning sneakers and he's washing sneakers outside.
And one of them are Hello Kitty sneakers.
Wow.
And they look like the sneakers that Celeste has been pictured wearing.
Even more, his recent Instagram post from February 19 of this year, 2025.
He does a forward magazine cover shoot and a lot of the plushies that he's pictured with, like he's just laying there surrounded by plushies, are from the Hello Kitty universe.
There's another one where he posted a picture on Instagram wearing a Hello Kitty acne sticker, which I will say I think I have the same ones.
So I'm not necessarily one to comment on that, but it's on his nose and it just reads Hello Kitty, good eats, great shows and new music heart face emoji.
Some netizens find his Hello Kitty obsession to be creepy with netizens writing Hello Kitty is literally for the girls and the gays and the kids.
Like that's it.
So there has been that.
I don't know. Some people are defending it saying Hello Kitty is kind of like an edgy thing guys will do these days.
It's contradicting to their otherwise relatively masculine, edgy energy.
It's supposed to be dorky, cool.
But that's not the problem.
The problem is Celeste went missing wearing Hello Kitty shoes, so the connection seems to be too strong.
And then back to the date of the birthday, there is a Discord message circulating which shows a deleted user on Discord.
So it just says deleted user interacting with other people on David's Discord.
And on September 7th, 2022, someone tells the deleted user Happy Birthday.
Uh huh.
Deleted user responds.

Now, David was reportedly having interactions with the deleted user and this same deleted user was posting a picture wearing a ring and a finger tattoo in red ink that reads David.
So people think that this is Celeste because she also has another red ink tattoo allegedly, according to her family, that reads which matches David's tattoo.
So if they've known each other from 2021, like some netizens believe, him uploading his music video for romantic homicide on her birthday in 2022 could or could not be a coincidence.

I will say that in this case specifically, the number of coincidences that my brain is normally comfortable with has been surpassed.

The body found in a car registered to singer David has been identified as a missing 15 year old girl.
US authorities say.
Celeste Arriva was 13 at the time of her disappearance.
Last seen on the 5th of April 2024.
According to a missing persons flyer reported by CBS.
Police found her remains in an impounded Tesla registered to David.
Whose real name is David Anthony Burke on the 8th of September in a tow yard in LA.
The remains had a tattoo on the right index finger that read "Shhsh".
It's also been reported that David has a similar tattoo saying "Shhsh".
The singer who has millions of followers on social media is best known for his viral hits "Here With Me" and "Romantic Homicide".
Authorities say both the cause and time of her death remain unknown.

And in doing this he found out so much as to who David is as a person.

Now to listen to the lyrics of David's songs, it's very obvious that when he said he watched those LiveLeak videos he was probably being serious.
In addition to the LiveLeak stuff, Turkey Tom also found out that David had been called out for what he was doing in his Discord.

And he added all of these pictures with this post and he's saying that he found it in here and it was covered up with leaves.

And then they come out to this Tesla on August 27th the next day and they mark the tires with chalk to see if it moves.
Then they come back out on 9/3 to see if the car moved.
And this is when they issue a citation and they report that it does have that dent on the back of the Tesla.
But they do not come back to tow that Tesla away until 9/6 of 2025.
They're telling me there is three different times that people were around this car and nobody really reported it smelling so horrid like they did just a couple of days later.
To me it's really really odd but we are learning new details which kind of lines down that timeline.
And now the fact that we are seeing that somebody found a Tesla card right outside of this house is absolutely crazy.

We all just found out yesterday who it was but she's been missing since I taught her so when I taught her she met this dude on social media.
He was a rapper in LA. He came and got her. She ran away from home. She was gone for like a month.
The cops found her in Hollywood brought her back to our school. She came back to our school kind of told people this story.
She disappeared again in May of that year May of 2024.
That's when her friends told me what happened and it was this rapper and then I found out yesterday that she's now dead in that rapper's car cut into pieces.
You want to know how they met? I feel like I just said it. Social media.
Position and I asked this of she she so I want to ask your opinion as well. We thought there may have been some issue with dismemberment but with the body being released.

Sure. So in general we tried to release the body out of respect to the family as soon as possible so that usually needs identification to be performed as well as the actual examination.
Now in my prior dismemberment cases I have kept if it's truly dismemberment I've kept ends of bones to try to analyze them for tool marks and that's where this gets to be a very sophisticated much more extended examination rather than a regular autopsy.
But you can keep a small sliver because that's what's called tool mark analysis if we have a candidate weapon to see if that's the weapon that matches on the bone it like it basically carves out the bone and leaves like a mirror image stamp on it.
But there's no reason to hold the entire body we can take small samples for microscopic examination if needed blood samples, but there's no reason to hold the whole body.
The only time the relief of a body especially in decomposition that's delayed I would say is purely for identification purposes we need to know who this is.
And once that's done and the examination is done with adequate sampling the body can be released.

On September 8th, 2025, LAPD officers in the Hollywood Hills respond to reports of a foul odor at a nearby impound lot.
Inside a vehicle's front boot, they discovered the decomposing body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a 15 year old who had been missing for over a year.
For her family, it's a tragic end to a search that had stretched on for months. But for detectives, it's only the beginning.
When they trace the vehicle's ownership, the trail leads to prominent singer and songwriter David Burke, known professionally as David.
The 20 year old rose to become one of the biggest names in alternative pop, with songs such as "Romantic Homicide" and "Here With Me" amassing over 3 billion streams on Spotify alone.
Although the discovery of Celeste's body in David's vehicle doesn't confirm any involvement, the circumstances have undoubtedly raised questions about a possible connection between the two.
Coincidentally, both David and Celeste have a tattoo on their index finger that reads "Shh".
Celeste's mother also revealed that her daughter had a boyfriend named David at the time of her disappearance.
The case takes an even stranger turn with the leak of a 2023 demo track, allegedly written by David, titled "Celeste Demo on Thin".
The song reportedly contains lyrics about being obsessed with a girl named Celeste.
Further fueling speculation, unverified photos, videos and Discord messages have circulated suggesting the two may have spent time together on multiple occasions.
Considering this is an ongoing investigation, much of the speculation remains unconfirmed. Even so, the unusual details surrounding the case are difficult to ignore.

Alright, let's talk about David. It's bad.
First things first, if you don't know David, very popular singer, he sings songs like "Romantic Homicide", the one that goes "Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo"
"Feeling", you know, very popular songs on TikTok.
Now let's get to the problems. Around last week, a body was found in David's trunk.
Police have released information on who they found. Her name was Celeste. I'm not going to hide the truth from you. This is her.
Now I want you to notice a few things.
What I'm showing you is a missing person's report because Celeste was missing.
Last year, last seen in Lake Elsinore. Remember that place.
Also, I want you to take note of that date of birth. 2010. You don't got to do the math. I'll show you the age right here.
So remember, her name's Celeste, last seen Lake Elsinore. Peep the age.
Now when all these facts were released by police, people on the internet started to connect some dots.
Now I want you to listen to what I just said. I said people on the internet.
Okay, so take some of this with a grain of salt.
First things first. There are reports that on David's Discord, he was talking to a girl named Celeste.
Here's David. He says, "Celeste in here." Celeste said, "Hi David. Bark."
Speaking of David's Discord, apparently Celeste's name popped up a few more times.
David said, "I'm in a song crisis right now," to everyone on his Discord.
Somebody said, "Drop the one with the missing girl, Celeste."
Now according to TMZ, David has an unreleased song where he's singing about a girl named Celeste.
In fact, I believe the song's name was Celeste. Celeste's mom spoke to a reporter. She said, "That makes sense."
Celeste had a boyfriend named David.
Now here's where things start to get wicked, because to me this next part is something.
On Reddit, listen closely, before police came out with their reports,
when people were trying to figure out did David do it, did David not do it,
somebody said, "I'll tell you right now, David's a weirdo."
They said, "A close friend's little sister from Lake Elsinore."
Remember where Celeste was from.
"Was in that grade." Remember Celeste's age.
"Ran away last year." Remember the missing person's report was from last year.
And they believe she was with David.
And again, since somebody on Reddit was coming out with this information before police released the information,
that means people knew about this.
But remember, all these reports are reports from the -- hold on, hold on, what's that on David's finger?
Ah, there's something I forgot to tell you.
David has a tattoo on his right index finger that says, "Shh, Celeste --"
I like how this dude cover, cover this shit. I like how he covering this. I like his style.
-- has had the exact same tattoo on her right index finger, according to police.
This is a huge connection people are making between David and Celeste.
But other celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Lily Allen, and Rihanna -- by the way, her name is Rihanna, we just call her Rihanna --
have the exact same tattoo. Do with that information what you will.
In fact, do with all this information what you will, police will be doing the same thing.
And I personally like to wait until police give out full reports before I say what David did or what he didn't do.
So for now, we just wait and see. But it's not looking good for David.
Now, most importantly, rest in peace to Celeste and my deepest condolences to her family.

This David case just got a whole lot weirder. LAPD claims that David is no longer a suspect in this murder investigation.
However, they have been so extremely quiet during this whole thing, so I really don't know what information they have.
However, as someone that's listened to a lot of true crimes, sometimes the PDs do get lazy.
And LAPD has done some notoriously shady stuff. It hasn't been clearly identified if they are looking into him for pedophilia.
However, in LA, that is something else that happens quite often, unfortunately.
So since it's closed on David, I wonder if LAPD has more leads to another person.
So Celeste was marked missing like two years ago.
But in that two year time frame, there has been so many videos circulating of her.
There is even an account that had posted a video of her suspected to be in the video.
The girl does look exactly like her, but she's speaking with what it looks like to be family.
But I thought she was missing.
The situation is still so strange to me because I really do think the family knew about her relationship with this man.
And I don't think that she was ever actually missing. I think they knew her whereabouts.
But this became a factor. I'm not accusing anyone of anything,
but I would never allow knowingly my 13 year old daughter to go run around with an adult.
Even if she tried to run away, she's getting the belt.
This was just a baby. She doesn't know any better.
So TikTok investigators, do more digging on that family.

That person that was saying, "I love you, I love you," she's not in my life anymore.
So it's like people say that the string can't be cut and the connection cannot be severed.
But I feel like it can sometimes.
And that's why I wanted to put "Afterlife" and all these songs that feel like endings and conclusions
and goodbyes on the project to kind of solidify that message of this is the end of something, not the beginning.

Like everybody I knew in middle school that I didn't talk to anymore, everybody had relationships.

when I'm looking at my life in the past eight to nine months, I'm like, whoa.

Breaking news, they've now confirmed that Celeste had multiple fake identification cards.
In addition to that, David's friends who are familiar with the two said that they believe they were a couple and that she was 19.
And that she presented herself as such.
Law enforcement sources confirmed that she had multiple fake identification cards that allowed her to pass herself as an adult.
In addition, David's friends said that they believed she was also 19 years old
because she was hanging out in places that required you to be at least 18.
Friends of David also said that they were shocked to find out that there was any connection between him and her passing.
They said his demeanor is, quote, "super shy, soft-spoken and gentle."
In addition, law enforcement sources close to the investigation have confirmed that Celeste was not the one seen in David's video at the concert.
However, there are pictures of David and Celeste together, and there also were live streams.
There were also times where Celeste would come in and comment in the live streams.
Since then, all of those have been deleted.
Celeste was also caught on surveillance footage at a local convenience store in her hometown.
This was on March 19th of 2024.
This was also during a time that she was missing.
The reason the footage was obtained is because her sister went to the store and asked them if they had seen her.
They rewound the footage and saw her.
The convenience store owner knows Celeste as well as a lot of the neighborhood children because the bus stop is right in front of the store.
He said Celeste, along with others, come in and typically buy chips and soda.
When they reviewed the footage, they saw that she left, walked across the street, then down the street and got into a black vehicle.
However, they could not determine the make and model of the vehicle or who was in it.

Why hasn't David been arrested yet? And why is this process taking so long?
According to the authorities, the Tesla was registered to David Burke, which is David's real name.
The body inside was severely decomposed to the point where it's been difficult for the medical examiners to determine exactly what happened or how she died.
Police also stated that the body had been in that Tesla for an extended period of time, though they did not specify exactly how long.
In connection with this, we also know that the Tesla was towed to Hollywood Toe after it was reported abandoned.
According to NBC Los Angeles, neighbors said the car had been parked there for more than a month before it was finally taken away.
That explains why the smell was so overwhelming.
We also know that Celeste Rivas was 14 at the time of her death.
She would have turned 15 on September 7, 2025, but her body was found September 8.
That means that it was confirmed she died at 14, not 15.
Now, the medical examiner office also confirmed how she was found.
Celeste was wearing a tube top and small black leggings.
She was described as having wavy black hair with a metal stud earring and a yellow metal chain bracelet.
Something else I want to share with you is this.
Even though the cause of death hasn't been released or determined yet because of the condition of the remains,
one outlet, the Los Angeles Times, has reported that the authorities are treating it as a homicide.
Now, to be clear, investigators still don't know who's responsible, but that's exactly what they're looking to uncover right now,
and those answers will come out as the case develops.
And now let's get to the actual investigation and why David hasn't been arrested yet.
Within hours of Celeste being identified, LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division served a search warrant at a Hollywood Hills home where David had been staying,
the home located at an upscale neighborhood on Doheny Drive just north of Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.
And David actually doesn't own the property, but sources say detectives went in and walked out with computers and electronics.
This was the first major sign that the police are actively digging into his world.
So right now, there's obviously a connection between David and Celeste.
Her mother, of course, confirmed she had a boyfriend named David,
and people have pointed out things like the matching tattoos, and there's of course a bunch of photos of them together online that have surfaced,
along with a live stream clip. But here's the reality.
Investigators are still trying to figure out just how deep that connection goes, and that's the part we don't know yet.
After quite some time, we finally have a new update on this entire David situation.
So currently, to my knowledge, David still has not been arrested yet.
Police are still investigating this entire situation and are likely trying to find some more concrete evidence,
and they could have had that concrete evidence because recently, someone actually went snooping around David's house,
and they actually found a Tesla car key in a gutter near his house.
As you can see right here behind me, I'm not kidding at all. A person posted about it on social media.
For some reason, they decided to pick up the Tesla car key instead of calling the police.
So I don't know if they can use this evidence now, but as you all know, a unaligned body was found in David's Tesla,
and the fact that someone found a hidden Tesla car key near David's house is definitely an interesting look.
And when I say the Tesla car key was right by his house hidden in the gutter, it was right by his house hidden in the gutter.

Now reportedly, this person did in fact take this car key to the police, so hopefully they can use this as some sort of evidence.
Hopefully the evidence was not damaged in any way, but interesting, and I'm curious to know your thoughts about all this.

So at first, what people thought was he wasn't actually connected to this murder, and he was just going on tour.
Because he's a tour fan.
Yeah, until people started diving in and they saw he was actually with her a lot.
They were dating. Her parents came out with a statement saying that she had a boyfriend named David.
Bro, it's crazy now, because if you listen to the song and that lyric, like, "I killed you and I don't even feel bad about it."
That's what I'm saying.
"Killed with the world."
So he's actually confessing this whole time to actually killing that girl.
Still theory, still theory.
Yeah, allegedly.
Allegedly still, yeah. Theoretically.

TMZ did an interview with Celeste's mum, and the revelations she made shattered any hope David's fans had of his innocence.
She revealed that Celeste actually had a boyfriend named David before her disappearance early last year.
And while this by itself wasn't enough to prove the relationship between Celeste and David, it was enough to send the internet into full detective mode.
And the amount of evidence they were able to find against David was overwhelming to say the least.
It started with TMZ confirming a post on Twitter which claimed David was hanging around Celeste's neighbourhood shortly before she disappeared in 2024.
The Twitter user who posted the picture also alleged that David was paying people off to keep Celeste's age a secret.
This was then followed by the internet getting flooded with alleged leaked photos and screenshots of David hanging out with a girl who looked suspiciously like Celeste.
And apparently someone even hacked into David's iCloud account to find and leak some of these potentially incriminating photos to the internet.
Now, many were convinced by these images alone.
But as we've seen with controversies such as the Cory X. Kenshin situation, where he was wrongfully accused of being a "grapist", misinformation and out of context images can spread rapidly.
So there was still a chance that these images could be faked or have some proper explanation.

People also found a video of streamer Jason The Ween meeting with a girl that introduced herself as Celeste during one of David and Jason's song parties.

And while Jason came forward claiming that the girl in the video was not Celeste.
One more thing, I want to say the girl that I met named Celeste at the Faze house is not the same Celeste that was killed.
He eventually took back everything he said while defending David.
First off, I want to retract my statement.
Obviously the other day I was defending David.
Before all the new evidence came out, I do not condone anything that David has done or is doing.

That shit is wicked and it's just unbelievable.
It's been a lot to process.
But this was only the beginning.
Because not long after that, the internet also managed to uncover some disturbing screenshots from David's Discord server, like David talking to a girl named Celeste in that server back in 2022.
But this Celeste account joined David's server even earlier in 2021.
In other words, she would have been 11 years old at the time talking to a 15 year old David.
There were also screenshots of people in his server talking about David having a girlfriend named Celeste two months before she went missing from home.
But perhaps the most shocking screenshot the internet uncovered was of a user named Ponzalo, where they replied to David's message stating, "I'm in a song crisis right now" with "drop the one the missing girl Celeste Rivas Hernandez".
This same person would then go on to leave several messages throughout that year trying to expose David as a PDF file in his server, writing things like "I want to tell everyone about how David is a PDF file" and "did y'all know David likes kids?"
They even ended up reposting a story discussing Celeste's disappearance to show proof that it was her.
Unfortunately, as far as we know, this user ended up being the only one from that server of thousands who spoke up about Celeste, even though there's clear evidence showing many others were aware of their relationship at least a year before she was tragically unalived.
Some have tried to argue that she might have lied about her age on the server and said she was 18.
And this argument might have held some weight if she was just months away from her 18th birthday, but as things stand, the internet wasn't buying it for a second.
Meanwhile, the allegations against David have continued to get more disturbing with each passing day.
Like this Reddit comment someone made on September 8th, the day Celeste's remains were discovered, stating, "This guy is a weirdo. A close friend's little sister from Lake Elsinore ran away last year and this is who she was with.
We think her sister was pimping her out. She was in 7th grade at the time. I'm terrified. That's who is in the car. Nobody has heard from her in months."
Someone also leaked an allegedly unreleased song David had briefly posted on Soundcloud titled "Celeste" and with everything that's coming out recently, its lyrics are downright haunting.

This was apparently recorded in December 2023, at which point Celeste would have been only 13 years old. As angry former fans on Twitter put it, "Saying this about a 13 year old, he gotta go. There's nothing to save this guy. Even if he's not guilty of murder, he's involved with a minor. And lock him up for life."
But even this isn't the end of the evidence people have managed to find against David, like some of his old tweets stating things like, "When I was writing this, I got a notification from you, as you were talking about wanting to be with your mum and your sister again. Take me to where I belong."
But our circumstances won't allow us to be in our ideal situation. We gotta push through it bro.
This tweet was originally posted back in 2022, and people thought it was just part of the promotion for his yet to be released viral hit "Romantic Homicide".
But looking at it now, many people believe that he was hinting at his relationship with Celeste and his plans to separate her from her parents back when she was just 12 years old.
Even the lyrics of his songs have now taken up a much darker meaning, with him writing things like, "In the back of my mind I killed you, and I didn't even regret it."
Especially when you consider that David released the song on Celeste's birthday, September 7th, and how the girl in the video also resembles Celeste as well.
There are also some weird reposts from his TikTok that have been gaining attention as people continue digging into his past.
Like this one that reads, "Imagine we were two cannibals in the late 80s who randomly met and then fell in love and tried to be better and started life together. Then you died and I ate your bones."
Or this one stating, "Me watching her scream as I poured boiling water on her after she told a boy 'happy birthday' because why are you happy he made it another year?"
These eerie posts also coincide with some of the more disturbing discord messages people uncovered of him casually discussing his obsession with gore.
Reading, "I used to be addicted to watching gore vids. I use it to desensitise myself."
And, "I saw a cartel execution on reddit when I was 14."
Together, there's just too much evidence against David for people to now see him as anything other than an irredeemable monster.
There isn't anything he could say to explain everything that's come out and still look innocent.
However, whether or not he actually gets charged or convicted as a criminal rests solely on the investigation done by the police.
Fortunately, they're already well on their way to investigate David's involvement in this case.
In fact, on the same day that Celeste's decomposed remains were recovered from David's Tesla, the authorities went straight to where the Tesla was towed from.
"So if we go back to where the car was towed from, tonight there's a presence of Los Angeles police detectives that are out there.
We can see them in their plain clothes, suits, we're also seeing crime scene text. It appears to be centred at this home.
Sky Cow was able to get a peek before it got dark."
And as it turned out, it had only been left just a couple of blocks away from the Hollywood Hills home his manager had rented out at the time.
TMZ was also able to find a couple of images from his Instagram actually showing him spending time in the house over the past month.
This resulted in the police getting a search warrant, checking every nook and cranny of the house and retrieving multiple trash bags full of potential evidence.
The case is still evolving rapidly, and at the time of writing, it seems things are finally getting real for David as well.
He just cancelled his withered tour and is fully cooperating with the detectives, at least for now.
That said, the authorities haven't made any statement on if David is being treated as a suspect or not,
but even if by some miracle David somehow escapes an arrest, his career is well and truly over.
Especially since the internet hasn't stopped finding even more disturbing details about the situation, like Discord messages from him, stating "Me and deleted user got a kid on the way."
People are alleging that the deleted user is Celeste, especially after another leaked image from the same server shows her displaying a ring and a David tattoo on her finger.
David's manager and the LAPD have come out with new statements regarding the David case and the death of Celeste.
It seems like people on David's side are loosening up and are trying to get their side of the story out.
And even the LAPD, day by day, they're slowly releasing more and more information.
So let's get into it. So if you guys didn't know already, Josh Marshall is David's manager and he rented or leased David's mansion in the hills.
Many people thought he lived with him, he often saw him and you know, he's his manager.
So he managed him throughout his career in LA.
Now, since he was apparently with David so often, people tied him in with the case saying,
"Well, if he lived with David and he was his manager, surely he knew about Celeste and surely he's at fault because he didn't report it to the police that this little girl was with David."
Well, apparently that's not the truth. Well, that's not what happened.
So this is his TikTok account and he responded to comments on TikTok, Josh Marshall, Jay Mogul.
And if we actually check his Instagram is Jay Mogul and he's actually gone private. Music executive, manager, father and husband.
So let's read the comments. So this girl or this guy on TikTok said, "I swear to God, I've been saying this to my boyfriend. I think Josh did it. Josh is the manager.
I think he's heavily involved." To which Josh responds with, "How dare you say something like this with no facts."
So then he responded to another video. "This video is false and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I'll speak on this matter.
For now, this has been a tough time for my family as I'm a father of three children. I received no emails and I'm no one's roommate."
Now here he's referencing to an email. People said that apparently David got sent an email saying that Celeste is at David's house and that, you know, David is with this little girl and she needs to go back home.
And apparently the day after this email was sent, the police went and got Celeste. But Josh is denying that.
"I live full time at home with my wife and kids. My daughter is 14 and this news is affecting so many lives. I never received any emails. I had zero knowledge of anything and I don't live in California.
Also, I work remotely 95% of the time and my job doesn't require me to have much interaction with any of my clients/David as there are many others that work with him on a day to day capacity. Not me.
This news is tragic for so many and for her family. I hope the proper authorities get to the bottom of it soon. Let me remind people a lot of this is speculation and alleged.

And then another comment he said, "lol I've never lived in that home. I live in an entirely different state with my family. I do not have access to any cameras and not anything on that property. Stop creating false narratives and assumptions."
Now my question is right, before we actually get into this, is why is he making statements on TikTok comments and not a statement to on his Twitter, on his Instagram, to TMZ? Something along those lines saying he's not involved.
So first I think we should talk about why it's his name on the lease. He leased David's house. But why is that if he's saying he's not involved and doesn't live there?
Well look, he is David's manager, he works at Interscope and I'm presuming he leased the house legally because he's older and has a record of past properties and a stable income, meaning he's more likely to be chosen for the lease.
Whereas David, he got the house when he was like 18, 19 or he moved in when he was 18, 19. So if he applied for the lease, yeah he's making a lot of money but he has kind of no history.
So I feel like it would be harder for him to get it. So the manager just sort it out for him and David just sends him the money monthly.
And he also says, "I have no cars registered in my name in California nor have any of my cars been in that state. Please use facts of supporting evidence when making comments."
Now he's saying this because when police were doing the investigation and when the movers were taking stuff out of the house, there was a red Tesla in the garage.
So people presumed since Josh is apparently living with David that that is his Tesla but apparently he's not living with him and that is not his Tesla.
Now again, SF Investigates makes a good point. It's curious he didn't mention not knowing Celeste or at least knowing of her and how old she was.
"Why speak out on TikTok after weeks of silence I wonder? Why not at least make an Instagram post or something since you chose to social media out?"
