First set/Top set
Right Side
of my shoulders front raises with
25lb
dumbells.
Super Lite rep range is 15+

The movement is best when going a bit above your eyes, and crossing up and in to the middle because of how the front delts attach to the upper pecs, it will create more of a contraction.

The cheat reps are to perform what's called negative reps at the end of the set. To simplify what this does, is create a further stimulus that can lead to more hypertrophy and potential for further strength gains.
