Inner healing requires we: 1) Admit the judgment, 2) Forgive the people involved, 3) Ask for forgiveness, 4) Let go of the expectation, 5) Let God heal.

Scripture verses:
Isa 53:5 He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.

3 John 2 I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Matt 7:1-2 “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.

Ephesians 6:2 "Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: “that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.”

Gal 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

James 5:16-17 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Colossians 2:13-14 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.

Ps 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

Heb 13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Gen 50:20 as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.

Jer 29:11 I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
