🥤 Breakfast Protein Smoothie for Energy & Fat Loss

Protein Smoothie

1-2 cup of wild blueberries (found in the frozen fruit section in most states)
2 organic bananas
1 organic orange (we did 1 cup of frozen Mangos chunks in this video due to no organic oranges available)
Sprigs of organic Herbs Grown Locally – as many as you can find!
1-2 cups of leafy greens (spinach, swiss chard, kale, beet leaves, etc…)
1 piece of organic ginger
1 piece of organic turmeric
Water to blend

Total Bioavailable Protein: 20-25g*

It is said that a healthy, functional digestive system can comfortably break down, absorb, and utilize 20-25g of protein per hour (body weight would play a factor also).

And that when we eat protein in excess it burdens our liver.
