Iron and breeder farms.... a brief "tutorial"

I really need iron. The first one I tried didn't spawn anything but cats, so I went with silentwisperer's version and it works fine. For the breeder farm, I went with BlazedMC's version for it's simplicity. Building farms of any sort in survival is not only tedious but boring, so I'm sparing you from having to see the hours of work it takes to build each one.
